The aim of the Executive Leaders’ Programme (ELP) is to provide newly promoted Generals and Flag Officers, appointed Senior Chief Petty Officers First Class and Chief Warrant Officers, and invited senior executives from the DND and other government departments and agencies with a primer on Executive Leadership.
